باختصار
- لا يوجد حساب في نفيس ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا نحتفظ بمحفظتك أو أموالك على أي خادم.
- كل بياناتك المالية على جهازك، وحذف بيانات التطبيق أو إزالته يمحوها فورًا ونهائيًا.
- الشيء الوحيد الذي يغادر جهازك ويمكن أن يبقى عند طرف ثالث هو قياسات استخدام مجهولة الهوية وتقارير الأعطال — وهذه نحذفها بناءً على طلبك بالبريد.
خطوات طلب الحذف
أولًا: البيانات التي على جهازك (فورية، بيدك أنت)
- افتح إعدادات الهاتف ← التطبيقات ← نفيس ← التخزين.
- اضغط حذف بيانات التطبيق / Clear data — يمحو المحفظة والأهداف والتنبيهات وسجل الأسعار والصور المرفقة والنسخ الاحتياطية التلقائية بالكامل.
- أو أزل التطبيق (Uninstall). النتيجة نفسها: لا تبقى نسخة عندنا لأننا لم نستلم شيئًا منها.
- إن كنت تريد حذف عنصر واحد فقط، احذفه من داخل التطبيق: أي قطعة أو هدف أو تنبيه يُحذف من شاشته مباشرة.
انتبه للنسخة الاحتياطية على حسابك في Google. إن كان النسخ الاحتياطي لأندرويد مفعّلًا، فنسخة من بيانات التطبيق موجودة في حساب Google الخاص بك (لا نصل إليها ولا نراها). لحذفها: تطبيق Google One ← التخزين ← النسخ الاحتياطي للأجهزة، ثم احذف نسخة الجهاز. وتحذفها Google تلقائيًا بعد فترة من توقف استخدام الجهاز حسب سياستها.

Nafis - Data deletion request. - اكتب في الرسالة أنك تطلب حذف بيانات الاستخدام، وأضف ما يساعدنا على تمييز جهازك: طراز الهاتف، ونسخة التطبيق (تظهر في الإعدادات ← عن التطبيق)، وتاريخ تقريبي لأول استخدام. لا يوجد اسم أو بريد مرتبط بك عندنا، فهذه التفاصيل هي وسيلتنا الوحيدة للمطابقة.
- إن أردت أيضًا إيقاف إرسال القياسات مستقبلًا، اذكر ذلك في الرسالة ونوقفها لحسابك.
- نردّ بالتأكيد وننفّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يومًا من استلام الطلب.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. ولأن التطبيق بلا حساب، لا يوجد "حذف حساب" — إزالة التطبيق هي الحذف الكامل من جهتك.

Request deletion of your Nafis data

delete your data yourself, and how to ask us to delete what you cannot reach from your
phone.
In short
- Nafis has no account and no sign-in. We hold no vault, holdings or money on any server.
- Your financial data lives on your device. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it erases it immediately and permanently.
- The only thing that leaves your device and can persist with a third party is anonymous usage analytics and crash reports — we delete those on request by email.
Steps to request deletion
1. Data on your device (immediate, in your hands)
- Open Phone Settings → Apps → Nafis → Storage.
- Tap Clear data — this erases the vault, goals, alerts, price history, attached photos and the automatic backups, completely.
- Or uninstall the app. Same result: there is no copy with us, because we never received any of it.
- To delete a single item instead, delete it inside the app — any piece, goal or alert is removed from its own screen.
Mind the backup in your Google account. If Android backup is on, a copy of the app's data sits in your own Google account (we cannot see or reach it). To remove it: Google One app → Storage → Device backups, then delete the device's backup. Google also deletes it automatically after a period of device inactivity, per its own policy.

Nafis - Data deletion request. - Say that you want your usage data deleted, and add what lets us single out your device: phone model, app version (shown in Settings → About), and roughly when you first used the app. We hold no name or email for you, so those details are our only way to match the records.
- If you also want analytics switched off going forward, say so and we will disable it for you.
- We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Because the app has no account, there is no "delete account" step — uninstalling is the complete deletion on your side.
