اختياري، ومتاح فقط لمشتركي نفيس Pro عبر تسجيل الدخول بجوجل أو Apple. مستخدم النسخة
المجانية لا يسجّل دخول أصلًا، ولا يوجد له أي حساب أو بيانات على خوادمنا.
باختصار
- الحساب لمشتركي نفيس Pro فقط. المستخدم المجاني لا يسجّل دخول ولا نحتفظ له بشيء.
- الحساب يحفظ بريدك الإلكتروني من جوجل/Apple، ونسخة من محفظتك وإعداداتك وأهدافك وتنبيهاتك — مشفّرة أثناء النقل — لمزامنتها بين أجهزتك. لا شيء غير ذلك.
- احذفه من داخل التطبيق أو بالبريد. الحذف يكتمل خلال ٧ أيام.
خطوات حذف الحساب
أولًا: من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح نفيس واذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب.
- اضغط حذف الحساب واقرأ ما يذكره التأكيد.
- يُحذف حسابك ونسخة بياناتك المخزّنة لدينا فورًا. وتُوضع إزالة معرّفك من أدوات القياس (PostHog) ومعالج المشتريات (RevenueCat) في قائمة الانتظار، وتكتمل خلال ٧ أيام.
ثانيًا: بدون فتح التطبيق
- راسلنا على boogado@yahoo.com من نفس البريد الذي سجّلت به الدخول (جوجل أو Apple).
- اجعل عنوان الرسالة:
Delete my Nafis account. - ننفّذ الحذف خلال ٧ أيام من استلام الطلب، ونرد عليك للتأكيد.
عن المشتريات: حذف الحساب لا يرد أي مبلغ. اشتراك نفيس Pro يُدار عبر Google Play أو App Store مباشرة، فألغِه من هناك إن أردت.

Delete your Nafis account
The account in Nafis: Gold, Silver & Dollar
(com.mohamedgado.nafis) is optional and only for
Nafis Pro subscribers, signed in with Google or Apple. A free-tier user never
signs in and has no account or data on our servers.
In short
- The account is for Nafis Pro subscribers only. A free user never signs in and we hold nothing for them.
- The account stores your email from Google/Apple, plus a copy of your vault, settings, goals and alerts — encrypted in transit — for syncing across your devices. Nothing else.
- Delete it in the app or by email. Deletion completes within 7 days.
Steps to delete your account
1. From inside the app (fastest)
- Open Nafis and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and read what the confirmation lists.
- Your account and the copy of your data stored with us are deleted immediately. Removing your id from analytics (PostHog) and the purchase processor (RevenueCat) is queued and completes within 7 days.
2. Without opening the app
- Email boogado@yahoo.com from the same address you sign in with (Google or Apple).
- Use the subject line:
Delete my Nafis account. - We complete the deletion within 7 days of the request and reply to confirm.
About purchases: deleting the account does not refund anything. Your Nafis Pro subscription is managed through Google Play or the App Store directly, so cancel it there if you want to.
What is deleted and what is kept

Data on your phone — the vault, goals, alerts and price history stored locally — is separate from the account and stays on your device until you delete it yourself. Steps to wipe it are on the data deletion request page.
